NOTE! These windshield repair drill bits burs are not cheap, Asian produced bits which dull quickly and break off!  The photo is magnified to show detail…these drill bits are VERY small (#53 hole size) and will fit any drill designed for windshield repair, assuming the drill has the small #53 bit hole size ‘collect’ (bit holder) such as our 12 Volt Glass Drill listed below. Our customers enjoy over 100 drilling cycles with these premium quality bits!

Our Tapered Carbide Drill Bits are ground to be the best design for longevity and speed.  The tapered design lasts much longer than ‘ball type’ bits so they won’t break off and become lodged in the pit.  The fluted design transfers heat up the bit and away from the tip, adding to its longevity. Tip is slightly rounded to resist ‘drift’ when drilling!
